You will be visited by an experienced recruitment consultant who has had over 10 years experience as both a Nanny, Maternity Nurse and House hold manager who will assess your personal situation and provide you with the following:
*A detailed household staff report with suggestions and recommendations
*A Health and Safety report
*Child Development reports if required
*Platinum can also take on the running of your household staff Rota’s and liaise directly with your staff to ensure a continuous smooth running and full staff support.
*We are happy to supply monthly child development reports and work with Nannies on target areas.
*We will enroll your staff on the latest courses to expand their knowledge and keep them up to date with the latest practices. Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Child Development courses can be held in your home to minimize disruption.
*Platinum can suggest the best days out and attractions to where ever you are visiting on the world and liaise with your Nannies and security to plan fun and educational day trips
*We offer an emergency staffing solution, if your Nanny or Governess is ill or needs to leave for a family emergency, we will send in one of our “Super SOS Nannies” to provide immediate cover.
